In Telligent Community 7.0, the post prevention setting was changed from 6.0's "Allow duplicate posts" to 7.0's "Prevent duplicate posts."
By default, Telligent Community does not allow any user to post a duplicate post (same post body) within 15 minutes. You can disable this restriction completely or loosen or tighten it as required for your community.
To change duplicate posting restrictions:
Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > Forum Administration > Configuration > Global Forum Settings > Duplicates.
To allow duplicate forum posts, set Prevent Duplicate Posts to No.
If you do not allow duplicate posts immediately, specify in Duplicate Post Interval the number of minutes that must elapse between forum posts with the same body. If a community member attempts to post more than one forum post within this interval, he or she is given an error message instead. You can set this to 0 to never allow duplicates.
