The following options are available for libraries in Zimbra Connect for SharePoint. In some cases, they affect library(ies) in SharePoint, as noted.
Document Libraries link to libraries in SharePoint. Zimbra Connect for SharePoint has two options for making libraries - Import library and Create library. These options are described below.
This procedure links an existing library to a group. The library must already be present in SharePoint to use this procedure. If it is not yet present, follow the Create a Document Library procedure.
For example, in the following screen shots we are adding an existing SharePoint library called “Shared Documents” to a group.
This procedure creates a new Document Library in SharePoint. If the library already exists in SharePoint, follow "Import a Document Library."
For example, in the following screen shots we are creating a library called “Test Library” SharePoint that links to a group in Zimbra Community.
This procedure will remove a library in Zimbra Connect for SharePoint and/or SharePoint.

The following document options are available to you in Zimbra Connect for SharePoint. In some cases, they also affect SharePoint as noted.
These procedures add a document to a SharePoint library.
There are three options for adding a document to a library: Quick upload, New post and Drag and drop. They are described below.
Note that once you upload a document to a folder, you cannot move this document in Zimbra Connect. You can upload almost any type of file. To see file formats that cannot be uploaded, see this link.
Drag and drop is supported for SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Office 365.
Quick upload can be used when you want to put the document into the present library or folder and don’t want to add tags before uploading the document.
In the following example, we are uploading a new version of a previously uploaded file in Zimbra Connect.
New post gives you the ability to navigate in Zimbra Connect to another library or folder and to add tags before uploading the document.
This procedure removes a document from Zimbra Connect for SharePoint and SharePoint.
This procedure will show you how to change the name of the file (which is shown below the file icon and in the SharePoint file list) and its tags in Zimbra Connect for SharePoint and SharePoint. In this procedure, the title of the file is the name of the file as well.
This procedure only displays the document in Zimbra Connect for SharePoint. It does not open the document file page for editing, and does not check the document out.
The following options address the document check in/check out options available with Zimbra Connect for SharePoint in Zimbra Community.
This procedure will check a document out of SharePoint from Zimbra Community.
This procedure will discard a document check out in both Zimbra Connect for SharePoint and SharePoint; it will discard any changes you have made to the document.
This document will check a document into SharePoint from Zimbra Connect for SharePoint.
