Community Forum - Automated Emails

I have a member of a group who is not receiving automated emails from a community forum.  She has gone through manage subscriptions and confirmed that her setting says "yes" and she has checked her spam filter.  She also left and rejoined the group and still no automated emails.  Is there anything that I can check to see why she isn't receiving these messages?

Also, she used to receive them in the past.  Its just within the last 6 months or so that she says she has experienced this issue.
