Zimbra Training Update

Over the next several months, we will be rolling out our new training program. This program will include updated courses and content and an improved schedule. In addition to expanding our reach through our regional Certified Training Partners, the program will include options for more convenient delivery methods such as online delivery and self-paced courses. Our flagship Zimbra Administration Course will now cover the latest Zimbra version and will focus on the most common administration tasks. Our first public courses will be scheduled by January 2014 – be on the lookout for more updates later this year!

Tips for Working Together with Zimbra Support

The Zimbra Support organization is a global team dedicated to keeping the collaboration and community platforms of our customers and partners running smoothly. By working closely together in partnership with you to develop stronger relationships and a better understanding of how our end users utilize our software, we can enhance both the product and customer experience. Here are a few general tips we can provide for working with Zimbra Support:

  1. Confirm that you know how to open a Support Case and reach the Support team. Also, verify that your Support Portal login and Telephone Access Code work (before you need them).
  2. Notify the Support Team at least 48 hours in advance of any major activity for your platform. For example, if you are planning an upgrade or infrastructure change, feel free to open a case to let us know what day and time the work is planned and what activities will take place. This helps us adjust our staffing so that we can best accommodate you.
