Bounty Revamps Digital Experience for Mums with Sitecore

Sitecore, the global leader in customer experience management software, Zimbra, a global leader in unified collaboration software, and Sitecore solution partner Rufus Leonard are working with Bounty Parenting Club on the re-launch of its .com site,, across mobile and the Web.

Bounty, the leading parenting club in the UK, reaches 96% of mums and mums-to-be through distribution of its famous packs which help new parents with information, money-off vouchers and product samples. Through its 50 year heritage, it has evolved into a true multi-channel player with its website serving as a key engagement tool for the brand. 

As part of its strategy to develop the optimal online experience for its users, Sitecore’s Experience Platform (EP) will be used by Bounty, including the core Sitecore content management system (CMS) and digital marketing system (DMS), together with Sitecore’s in-built analytics.

Using Sitecore, Bounty will be able to deliver highly relevant content and personalised digital experiences that are relevant and engaging for its members at whichever stage they’re at – whether they’re trying to conceive, currently pregnant or raising a young baby.  

Bounty has also chosen Zimbra, a Sitecore technology partner, to help power its online community – an interactive hub where new and expectant mums can engage in, share with and learn from a community of others through forums, product reviews, competitions and photo sharing. Zimbra Community, Zimbra’s online community solution that seamlessly integrates with Sitecore EP, will allow Bounty to provide a richer social experience for its online community members, further enabling communication, networking and information sharing.

Sitecore Solution partner Rufus Leonard is also working alongside Bounty to refresh the online strategy, creating an optimised customer experience across all touch-points, including its design and implementation.
