Social CRM is an important way that brands are creating better customer experiences by interacting with and supporting their own customers. We believe that being included in this recent Gartner report affirms Telligent’s unwavering commitment to helping customers achieve their business goals. Knowing that Social CRM delivers incredible value to our customers, we will continue to expand our innovations in social software to meet the demands for evolving expectations in consumer engagement.

To gain a better idea of how some brands are reducing their support costs or increasing brand awareness, read a couple of recent stories:

  • InSites conducts social market research for brands like Unilever, resulting in more targeted feedback that employees use to market to their customers.
  • HealthStream benefits from social customer service by collecting new product feedback and crowdsourcing support questions, which reduces inbound calls via the call center.
