The results are in and we’re happy to announce that Telligent is recognized as a Visionary in Gartner, Inc.’s recent Magic Quadrant for Social CRM. (1) Gartner includes vendors in the Visionaries quadrant based upon completeness of vision and ability to execute.
Gartner describes Social CRM as “a business strategy that generates opportunities for sales, marketing and customer service, while also benefitting online communities.” (1) We think this report highlights the importance of social customer experiences and are very excited to be included.
Social CRM is an important way that brands are creating better customer experiences by interacting with and supporting their own customers.
